Keepers of the Water

A site based field-trip for students to participate in water ecology experiments that promote an understanding of water conservation and aquatics science.

Spring 2010 Keepers of the Water Field Trips are now available for booking!
Reservations are available on a first come-first served basis.
Price is $2 per student per hour.

Catamount Institute's, Keepers of the Water program, originated by Colorado Springs Utilities, is designed to help students learn about the planet’s most valuable resource. This interactive and highly rewarding 2 hour field trip promotes an enriched understanding of water’s importance, cycles and properties. Students are guided through a series of fun and dynamic experiments that pinpoint specific ways they can be active keepers and stewards of the water!
